1. Acceptance of these terms1. 接受本条款
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wefluens Platform Hub (the “Hub”), an internal portal operated by Wefluens (“Wefluens,” “we,” “us”). By registering for or signing in to the Hub, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub. These Terms supplement the general Wefluens Terms at wefluens.com/terms-of-service.本服务条款（“条款”）规范你对 Wefluens 平台中心（“Hub”，由 Wefluens 运营的内部门户）的访问与使用。注册或登录 Hub 即表示你同意本条款及我们的隐私政策。若你不同意，请勿使用 Hub。本条款是 wefluens.com/terms-of-service 上 Wefluens 通用条款的补充。
2. The service2. 服务内容
The Hub is an internal staff portal that lets authorized team members sign in and launch Wefluens’ internal tools — including proposal generation, talent discovery and deal tracking, training, recruitment, business/capital evaluation, and a quality checklist — and submit product feedback through the in-Hub Feedback Center. Each linked tool may have its own terms and access controls. The Hub is provided for legitimate internal business use only; access does not, by itself, grant rights to any data or tool reachable from it.Hub 是一个内部员工门户，供获授权的团队成员登录并进入 Wefluens 的内部工具——包括提案生成、达人发现与合作追踪、培训、招聘、业务/资本评估及质量检查清单——并通过 Hub 内的反馈中心提交产品反馈。每个链接的工具可能有各自的条款与访问控制。Hub 仅供合法的内部业务使用；获得访问权本身并不授予你对经由 Hub 可访问的任何数据或工具的任何权利。
3. Eligibility & accounts3. 资格与账号
The Hub is restricted to authorized Wefluens and Rarifly personnel. You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid @wefluens.com or @rarifly.us email address, and be permitted by Wefluens to access the Hub. You are responsible for keeping your password and session secure, for all activity under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use. Do not share your credentials or let others use your account.Hub 仅限获授权的 Wefluens 与 Rarifly 人员使用。你须年满 18 周岁，持有有效的 @wefluens.com 或 @rarifly.us 邮箱，并获 Wefluens 许可访问 Hub。你须妥善保管密码与会话，对你账号下的一切活动负责，并在发现任何未经授权的使用时及时通知我们。请勿共享凭据或让他人使用你的账号。
4. Acceptable use4. 可接受使用
You agree not to: access the Hub without authorization or use anyone else’s account; submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content; upload malware or files that are not the permitted image types, or attempt to bypass the upload validation; probe, scan, attack, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the Hub’s security, authentication, or rate-limiting; reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law; or use the Hub for anything other than legitimate Wefluens business.你同意不得：未经授权访问 Hub 或使用他人账号；提交虚假、误导、侵权或违法内容；上传恶意程序或非允许图片类型的文件，或试图绕过上传校验；探测、扫描、攻击、使其过载、抓取或试图规避 Hub 的安全、认证或限速机制；除法律允许外对服务进行逆向工程；或将 Hub 用于 Wefluens 合法业务以外的任何用途。
5. Your content & feedback5. 你的内容与反馈
You retain ownership of the feedback, descriptions, and image attachments you submit through the Hub. You grant Wefluens a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process that material to operate the Hub, to triage and act on your feedback, and to improve our products, as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to share what you submit, that it does not infringe others’ rights, and that it contains no sensitive personal data. We may remove content or actioned feedback at our discretion.你保留对经 Hub 提交的反馈、描述与图片附件的所有权。你授予 Wefluens 一项非排他、全球范围、免版税的许可，以按隐私政策所述运营 Hub、分类并处理你的反馈，并改进我们的产品而使用、存储、复制和处理这些材料。你声明你有权分享所提交的内容、该内容不侵犯他人权利，且不含敏感个人数据。我们可自行决定移除内容或已处理的反馈。
6. Intellectual property6. 知识产权
The Hub, including its design, text, and underlying software, and the Wefluens name and logo, are owned by Wefluens or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as needed to use it normally for Wefluens business.Hub（包括其设计、文本与底层软件）以及 Wefluens 名称与标识，归 Wefluens 或其许可方所有，受知识产权法保护。除为 Wefluens 业务正常使用所需外，本条款不授予你复制、修改、分发本服务或据其创作衍生作品的任何权利。
7. Third-party services7. 第三方服务
The Hub relies on third-party providers, including Cloudflare (hosting, Workers, the D1 database, KV, and network/bot protection), Supabase (database and object storage for the Feedback Center), and Resend (password-reset email). The internal tools you launch from the Hub (e.g. Proposal Generator, Connect, and others) are separate services with their own terms. Your use of these services may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.Hub 依赖第三方服务商，包括 Cloudflare（托管、Workers、D1 数据库、KV 及网络/机器人防护）、Supabase（反馈中心的数据库与对象存储）、以及 Resend（密码重置邮件）。你从 Hub 进入的内部工具（如 Proposal Generator、Connect 等）是各自独立、有其自身条款的服务。你对这些服务的使用可能同时受其条款约束；对于我们无法控制的第三方服务，我们不承担责任。

The Hub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Hub will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any linked tool will be available at any given time.Hub 按“现状”和“现有”提供，不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权。我们不保证 Hub 不中断、无错误或绝对安全，也不保证任何链接工具在特定时间可用。
9. Limitation of liability9. 责任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wefluens and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Hub. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Hub will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用 Hub 所致的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、收入或利润损失，Wefluens 及其关联方概不负责。我们就与 Hub 相关的任何索赔所负的全部责任，不超过一百美元（US$100）。

You agree to indemnify and hold Wefluens harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Hub or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.你同意就因你滥用 Hub 或违反本条款或适用法律而引起的任何索赔、损失或费用（包括合理律师费），赔偿并使 Wefluens 免受损害。
11. Termination11. 终止
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Hub at any time, with or without notice, including when your authorization ends or for suspected misuse. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–10 and 12) will continue to apply.我们可随时（无论是否通知）暂停、限制或终止你对 Hub 的访问，包括在你的授权结束时或因疑似滥用。依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款（包括第 5–10 条及第 12 条）将持续适用。
12. Governing law12. 管辖法律
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except where prohibited by your local law.本条款受美国加利福尼亚州法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突规则。位于加利福尼亚州洛杉矶县的州法院与联邦法院对任何争议拥有专属管辖权，你同意接受其管辖与审判地，但你所在地法律另有禁止性规定的除外。

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Hub after a change means you accept the revised Terms.我们可能不时修订本条款。重大变更于我们更新上方“生效日期”时生效。变更后你继续使用 Hub 即表示接受修订后的条款。
